The Fotona
LightWalker®
Dr. Glasser invests in the technology that defines modern dentistry. The LightWalker is a premium dual-wavelength laser that makes treatment more precise, more comfortable — and often possible without a needle or a drill.
Often no needle, no drill
Many soft-tissue and select hard-tissue procedures can be performed with little or no anesthesia and far less drilling than a traditional handpiece.
Dual-wavelength precision
The LightWalker pairs the Er:YAG and Nd:YAG wavelengths, so Dr. Glasser can treat both hard and soft tissue with a single advanced system.
Gentler, calmer visits
Laser energy typically means less bleeding and less post-operative discomfort for a more comfortable experience, especially for anxious patients.
Far more than cleanings
From laser gum therapy and frenectomies to cavity preparation, root-canal disinfection and NightLase for snoring and sleep.

Four decades of excellence on Long Island
Dr. Dean Glasser received his D.D.S. with honors from the University of Maryland in 1985, ranking in the top 1% of all graduates on the clinical portion of the North East Regional Boards. He completed his General Practice residency at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center that same year, and in 1995 completed formal implant training at the prestigious Misch Implant Institute.
Over four decades he has become one of Long Island's most credentialed implant and cosmetic dentists — a Diplomate and Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Association of Hospital Dentistry and the Misch Implant Institute, and certified by New York State for sedation dentistry. He has placed more than 10,000 cosmetic restorations and has been recognized by his colleagues for his “Significant Contributions” in cosmetic dentistry.
