Insurance / Payment Policy

At our private dental practice we have chosen not to participate in any managed care dental plans. We feel that our patients should have the freedom to choose their own healthcare provider and not someone who is on a list provided by an insurance company or HMO. As a result of public dissent, several of the more progressive insurance companies are now allowing their subscribers the option of obtaining care "out of network". In these situations, we will gladly accept assignment of the insurance benefits after your copayment or deductible has been satisfied. Of course, payment is due at the time of treatment. Please note that over 90% of our fees are deemed usual, customary and reasonable (UCR) by insurance companies.

Appointment Cancellations

Due to the ever growing demand for our services, we kindly request that if your appointment cannot be kept that you notify us 24 hours in advance. This will give us the opportunity to give another patient the opportunity to obtain treatment sooner.

While we do realize that emergencies do happen and that they are not anticipated, any and all efforts are appreciated.

Emergencies

In the event that you are having a dental emergency, please call our office. Regardless of the office hours, be assured that you will always receive prompt emergency treatment.
